Sales Manager

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for HVAC ducting systems, including GI ducts,

pre-insulated ducts, and fire-rated duct solutions.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets across construction, mechanical contracting,

and HVAC project markets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams

within the construction and HVAC industry.

* Identify new project opportunities, tender pipelines, and large-scale developments requiring ducting and HVAC

accessories.

* Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate technical proposals,

quotations, and timely project delivery.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop competitive pricing and sales

strategies.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 8+ years of sales experience in HVAC systems, ducting manufacturing, construction materials, or mechanical

engineering products.

* Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets within the construction or HVAC industry.

* Strong technical understanding of HVAC ducting systems including GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, and fire-rated

duct solutions.

* Excellent relationship-building skills with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

* Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and commercial decision-making capabilities.

* Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
