About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with deep roots in the Oil & Gas industry to lead our business development efforts. This isn’t just a "desk job"—you’ll be the face of our company, managing key accounts and identifying new opportunities within the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.

The ideal candidate understands that in this industry, reliability is everything. You’ll be responsible for selling our brand of products to a sophisticated client base that demands technical expertise and rapid response times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Identify and close new business opportunities within the O&G supply chain.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and scale long-term partnerships with procurement managers, engineers, and project leads.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, rig counts, and project cycles to forecast demand accurately.
  • Technical Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert on our product lines to provide tailored solutions for complex operational needs.
  • Bidding & Contracts: Lead the preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and master service agreements (MSAs).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD300.000 - BD1,000.000 per month

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Oil & Gas: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Arabic (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
