We are a growing advertising agency looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team and drive new business growth. You will own the full sales function - from pipeline to close. selling advertising solutions to brands, businesses, and marketing decision-makers.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands the advertising landscape, knows how to sell creative solutions, and has the drive to build a team that consistently delivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of advertising sales representatives to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients across Advertising field
  • Build strong relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and C-level decision-makers
  • Coach the team on consultative selling, pitch delivery, and proposal writing
  • Oversee the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and team activity metrics via CRM
  • Present revenue forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of advertising market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
