It operates a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to manufacturing Polyethylene Wax (PE wax), the first of its kind in the region. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Sales Manager at Saudi Top Plastic Factory (STP). The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the polymers and chemicals sector. This role includes preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating deals, managing a sales team, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends and provide insights to adapt strategies, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and business success.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in business development and account management
• In-depth knowledge of the plastics or chemicals industry and understanding of market trends
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations and sales reports
• Effective team leadership, management, and people skills to lead sales teams
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and apply strategic thinking
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
