Experience:
5+ Years Business Development/Marketing & Sales Experience in Central Region with Construction Projects, Contractors and Owners.
Primary Functions:
  • Pre-qualification/ Registrations with new clients.
  • Visiting Client.
  • Achieving Sales Objective.
  • Reporting weekly Activities to M&S Manager.
  • Reporting on Sales Force.
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Preparation of Proposal and Support in Preparing the proposals.
Technical Expertise:
Market analysis, Business Intelligence, research & strategy, Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation skills, Depth knowledge of the service & Research and strategy.
Business Requirements:
  • Awareness of Centeral Region Market (Key Clients)
  • Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills.
  • Building Relationship with the Clients.
  • Commercial Knowledge on Project Costing, Margins etc.
  • Proposal Preparation Skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Be able to handle Challenging Situation with Positive attitude.
