Responsibilities

• Grow the Sales Department
• Drive volume, gross
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team daily
• Ensure strong desk structure, follow-up, and deal flow
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ethical standards
• Work closely with leadership to execute store goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,712.55 - $90,000.00 per year
