Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Real Estate with a strong network of agents and brokers in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to drive high-volume sales through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with real estate brokers and agents across Dubai.
  • Drive property sales through channel partner networks and direct clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients and brokers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and closures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
  • Strong existing network of brokers and agents in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
