Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for travel and an impressive track record in sales? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth for our esteemed agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the travel and tourism sector
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on business growth prospects
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and account updates
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand business reach

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry in the United Arab Emirates
  • A valid driving license is a must
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language will be considered an advantage
  • Proven track record in sales and corporate account management
  • Strong network within the UAE's travel and tourism sector
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)

Additional Qualifications (as required):

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
