Job Description: Sales Manager – HR & Management ConsultancyPosition Overview

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue by securing new corporate clients and strengthening existing relationships. This position is focused on establishing the consultancy as a reliable partner for HR, recruitment, and management advisory services across the UAE market.

The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage and close complex B2B sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively source and acquire new clients across sectors such as hospitality, retail, real estate, F&B, and corporate services.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline for services including recruitment, HR outsourcing, training, and consultancy.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and customised proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR leaders, senior management, and business owners.
  • Engage with clients regularly to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

3. Market Insights & Strategic Input

  • Stay informed on market developments, competitor activity, and pricing trends within the UAE.
  • Share insights with leadership to support service improvements and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities such as outsourcing projects, RPO solutions, training initiatives, and HR transformation services.

4. Proposals & Contract Execution

  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company standards and local regulations.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and successfully close business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems, including pipeline tracking and forecasts.
  • Monitor key sales metrics such as conversion rates and revenue performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales within recruitment, staffing, or HR consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE business environment.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and disciplined approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established professional network within HR or corporate sectors in the UAE.
  • Experience in selling HR outsourcing, RPO, or advisory services.
  • Previous exposure to team leadership or mentoring responsibilities.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
