Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Real Estate to join our growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must already be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales performance, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial properties
  • Generate and convert leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct market research and stay updated with real estate trends in Bahrain
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Oversee property listings, negotiations, and closing of deals
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Bahrain/GCC experience preferred)
  • Proven track record as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager in real estate
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Knowledge of Bahrain real estate market is an advantage
  • Must be locally available in Bahrain
