Sales Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia (with preference for candidates based in the GCC)

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who can drive immediate revenue growth and strengthen company’s position with key clients in the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales and business development for industrial protective coatings, including Epoxy, Polyurethane (PU), Tank Linings, and other Protective Systems.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and petrochemical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the GCC region.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities in protective coatings.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure product solutions meet client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable business.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in sales and business development of industrial coatings, with strong focus on Epoxy, PU, Tank Lining, and Protective Systems.
• Industry Background: Hands-on experience in the paints and protective coating is necessary
• Client Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of successfully dealing with major clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or leading EPC contractors.
• Market Exposure: Preferably with GCC market experience (Saudi Arabia experience is highly advantageous).
• Current Employment: Candidates currently working with established coatings / industrial paint manufacturers or specialized protective coatings companies will be given preference.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. MBA or relevant sales certifications would be an advantage.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
