1- Job Scope: The person in this position is in charge of setting up the sales strategy, following up its application with the team, following up all the sales operation in the company and increasing the sales, reaching the target set by the company for each period, following up the work of the sales assistant and the sales executive and following up customer complaints and claims. He is responsible for quoting projects and for the Preparation of pest management and fly traps offers, following up the renewal of the old contracts, reviewing and adjusting contract renewal’s values, terms of payments, conditions and schedule, checking new and renewed contracts and offers forms, meeting key clients on regular basis, following up money collection problems when needed. He is responsible of gathering information about clients, potential clients and competitors, following up the implementation of the stated recommendations in clients’ premises and the positioning and efficiency of Fly trap machines and revision of monthly comparison report between actual sales and the sales target and justification of differences.
- The scope of Sales Management is broad, encompassing the entire sales cycle from planning and strategy (forecasting, budgeting, goal-setting) to team leadership (recruitment, training, motivation, performance management) and operational execution (pipeline management, customer relationship building, process improvement) to ultimately drive revenue and achieve organizational objectives. It involves managing people, processes, and technology to ensure efficient and effective sales operations across various industries.

Minimum Requirements
Academic
Minimum BA major in any field. Sales training courses
Related work experience or training Courses
5 years’ experience in Sales
Searskills & Technical Knowledge
Computer skills.
English proficiency.
Sales and Communication skills.
Management skills (being able to manage the whole sales department and to follow up and motivate people inside the department)
Knowledge of negotiating and closing deals
Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month
