Sales Manager – Driving School
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our driving school sales operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of Sales Agents, achieving student enrollment targets, improving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of approximately 20+ Sales Agents
- Achieve monthly and annual student enrollment targets
- Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, and customer follow-ups
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase registrations and revenue
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
- Ensure proper discipline, attendance, and productivity within the sales team
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with Operations and Training Departments for smooth student onboarding and scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
- Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management
- Previous experience in managing a sales team is mandatory
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Qatar market
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in driving school, education, or service industry will be an advantage
