Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and driven Sales Executive within the F&B sector who can hit the ground running from day one. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to independently manage sales activities, build client relationships, and deliver results without extensive supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector (retail, horeca, wholesale, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the F&B industry
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer segments
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales KPIs
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Valid driving license (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
