Sehat Medical Devices Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven *Sales Manager* to lead sales growth across our medical disposable product portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in institutional sales, distributor management, hospital sales, and tender business, preferably within the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and government institutions.

Manage and expand the distributor network across Pakistan.

Build strong relationships with hospitals, procurement departments, doctors, and key decision-makers.

Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Identify new market opportunities and support product launches.

Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and tender opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.

Strong understanding of institutional sales and distribution channels.

Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel as required.
