Sales Manager – Marketing Agency Experience Required

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our business and bring new clients to the company. The ideal candidate must have experience in a marketing agency and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Bring in new clients and grow company revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Present company services professionally to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency is a must.
• Strong understanding of marketing services and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network is a plus.
• Experience in branding, advertising, social media, or digital marketing services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
