FirstPoint Group is an award winning Dubai based interior design, fit out, renovation, and maintenance company on a clear growth trajectory toward becoming one of the UAE's most trusted premium and luxury focused property service providers. We also support property investors through fix and flip projects designed to maximize ROI. As we scale, we are building a high performance sales engine, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead that mission.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will own the full sales function, from pipeline generation to closing, and play a critical role in shaping the next phase of FirstPoint Group's growth. You will build, lead, and hold accountable a results driven sales team, while personally driving high value client relationships across the luxury residential, commercial fit out, and property investor segments.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, KPIs, and execution. Not just managing a team, but building one.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly base salary aligned with experience and seniority.
- Attractive, uncapped commission structure tied directly to closed deals, team performance, and overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with FirstPoint Group's growth and premium positioning.
- Build, train, and lead a high performing sales team, setting clear KPIs, targets, and accountability standards.
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion across interior design, fit out, renovation, maintenance, and fix and flip projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property investors, real estate agencies, consultants, and high net worth clients.
- Work closely with the design, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth handover and project profitability.
- Implement and optimize sales processes within our CRM (Odoo), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to keep FirstPoint Group ahead of the curve.
- Report directly to the Chair/CEO on performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in interior design, fit out, construction, real estate, or related industries in the UAE.
- Strong network of developers, property owners, investors, and consultants in Dubai is a major advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams, set KPIs, and hit aggressive targets.
- Skilled in consultative and solution based selling, especially for premium and luxury clients.
- Hands on, structured, and execution focused, comfortable in a fast moving, founder led environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and data driven sales management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Arabic is a strong plus.
- UAE driving license required.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
