Kalandoor Contracting Company is a Riyadh-based fit-out contracting company delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across the Kingdom. As we expand in the Saudi market, we are looking for a commercial driver to lead the charge.
The Mandate
This is a front-line sales role for a closer, not a coordinator. As Sales Manager, you will own your market - generating opportunities, building senior relationships, and being measured on one thing above all: winning work and hitting the number.
If you have built a career landing fit-out and contracting projects in Saudi Arabia, command a network that opens doors across the Kingdom, and treat every target as a line you fully intend to beat - this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- Carry and deliver the sales target for the Saudi market - consistently and aggressively.
- Hunt, pitch, and win fit-out and contracting projects across the Kingdom.
- Develop and convert a strong pipeline across developers, consultants, main contractors, and end clients.
- Build and leverage senior-level relationships across the Saudi market to keep opportunities flowing.
- Own commercial negotiations - pricing, terms, and contracts - to protect both margin and win rate.
- Deliver sharp forecasting, clean pipeline reporting, and live market intelligence to leadership.
- Represent Kalandoor with authority at industry events, client meetings, and project pitches.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of sales experience, with a proven, hard-numbers track record - ideally in fit-out, interiors, or contracting.
- A strong sales background and the instincts of a natural closer.
- Fluency in Arabic, with the relationships and credibility to operate at a senior level in the Saudi market.
- An established network across the KSA construction and fit-out market is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Age below 45, with the drive and stamina to match an aggressive growth mandate.
- A self-starter who takes full ownership of the number and thrives under target pressure.
