Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Agrius IT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead our IT sales initiatives across the MEA region. The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and expand our network of channel partners, driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent partner engagement and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for the MEA region to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities and partner satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with sales support, training, and marketing resources.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to recommend actionable strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Drive joint business planning and promotional campaigns with partners to boost sales.

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per hour
