Sales Manager

PrimeBox is a fast-growing self-storage and logistics company in Dubai. We offer self-storage units, moving & packing and business fulfilment services. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can convert inbound leads, build partnerships and proactively open new client channels.

What you'll be doing

• Own the full sales funnel: follow up with inbound leads and convert them into paying clients
• Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C clients 
• Analyse conversion rates, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Develop and manage referral partnerships
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in sales, with experience handling inbound leads 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM systems
• Analytical mindset: you look at conversion data and act on it
• Strong communicator in English
