Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our hotel sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel and build relationships.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
