Qureos, an all-in-one AI recruitment platform designed for founders and hiring managers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or technology sales, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, and the ability to inspire a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our customer base.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including founders and hiring managers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI recruitment platform through proposals and presentations.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and strategic insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and to provide valuable market feedback.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment industry.
* Demonstrable ability to lead a sales team and drive the sales process from planning to closing.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the local market in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
Candidate should have outdoor sales experience
