Sales Manager - AC & HVAC Division

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Division Manager to oversee our operations within the construction and HVAC/R sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and demonstrate expertise in various technical disciplines, including HVAC design, plumbing, refrigeration, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the air conditioning and HVAC industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing client relationships.

Duties

• Lead and manage the division's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians in areas such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and equipment repair.
• Analyze schematics and design plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in maintenance and field service operations.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in mechanical knowledge, welding, boiler maintenance, and ammonia refrigeration.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure seamless integration of services offered.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a focus on HVAC/R systems.
• Strong background in mechanical knowledge, including air conditioning systems, refrigeration techniques, and appliance repair.
• Experience as a service technician or in field service roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with equipment repair techniques using tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Proficiency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
