About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the growth of Doktar’s IoT-based agricultural solutions in Turkey. In this role, you will manage a sales team and drive direct sales with large-scale farmers, agricultural enterprises, and agribusiness companies. You will play a key role in expanding the adoption of smart farming technologies and helping accelerate the digital transformation of agriculture.

This position is ideal for a professional with experience in agriculture, irrigation, agri-inputs, or agri-tech , who is passionate about technology-driven solutions in farming.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the adoption of Doktar’s IoT-based agricultural technologies
  • Lead and support a small sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance
  • Drive direct sales activities with farmers, agricultural enterprises, and agribusiness clients
  • Monitor sales KPIs and pipeline performance and take actions to improve results
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Doktar’s customer base
  • Represent Doktar at industry events, farmer meetings, and agricultural conferences
  • Collaborate closely with product, agronomy, and marketing teams to support market adoption of our solutions


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in sales within agriculture, agri-inputs, irrigation, or agricultural technology sectors
  • Experience with IoT solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating sales teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel within Turkey
