Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and grow our façade and aluminum business based in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market exposure, established industry relationships, and a proven track record in selling aluminum and façade solutions to contractors, consultants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for aluminum and façade projects across the UAE
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, consultants, main contractors, and clients
• Promote aluminum systems, façade solutions, curtain wall, glazing, and cladding works
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
• Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate bids and successful project handover
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports for management
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in aluminum and façade systems within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, façade systems, curtain wall, glazing, and industry standards
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Self-driven, strategic, and commercially focused
