Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team, increase company revenue, and build strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and business growth.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

- Strong understanding of the Qatar market.
- Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in trading, construction, real estate, or service industries is an advantage.
