Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Luxury Chocolates, to drive the B2B / B2C sales of our premium chocolate range. This role is ideal for a motivated and persuasive sales professional who understands the high-end market and has a flair for selling luxury products to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of corporate and premium clients.
  • Conduct proactive sales visits to promote and sell luxury chocolate products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, particularly within the corporate gifting and hospitality segments.
  • Attend and organize events related to our products.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, aligning with its luxury positioning.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Report market feedback to support product and sales strategy improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in proactive sales, preferably in luxury or gourmet products.
  • Proven track record in selling to corporate clients and premium accounts.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the Qatari market and corporate culture.
  • Background in corporate gifting, hospitality, or high-end retail.
  • Languages: English and Arabic Mandatory
