Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving the performance of a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, focused on coaching, deal support, performance tracking, and fostering a high-performance sales culture aligned with the company’s business objectives.

What you would do?:

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of real estate agents to enhance sales effectiveness, negotiation skills, and market knowledge.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Set clear revenue targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure consistent deal flow, pipeline management, and closure ratios across the team.

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Work closely with agents on prospecting strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Drive sales across secondary, primary, and off-plan real estate portfolios as per business focus.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and conduct structured sales training, role plays, and market briefings.
  • Onboard new agents and ensure rapid integration into sales processes and performance expectations.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide regular performance reports to management on team revenue, forecasts, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to guide individual growth and accountability.
  • Support agents through live deal closures, client negotiations, and strategic advisory when required.

What we're looking for?:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
  • Strong leadership and mentoring mindset with proven team-handling experience
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles and revenue-driven environments
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Data-driven approach to performance tracking and target achievement
  • High accountability, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
