Office Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 100,000 PKR to 150,000 PKR (Based on experience and skills)

Reporting to: CEO / Sales Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure — ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Represent the organization at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Marketing (preferable).
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant sales management experience in FMCG, retail, service, or education sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
