About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in the auto spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Qatar market and a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Train, support, and motivate sales staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in auto spare parts sales, with at least several years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Qatar market demands and trends in the automotive spare parts sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Valid Qatari Driving License is an advantage.
