Job Summary:

Teemer Tech Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Industrial Automation and Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for automation solutions, control systems, robotics, material handling equipment, and other industrial products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Industrial Automation, SPMs, Material Handling, and Control Systems.

· Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, EPC companies, OEMs, and industrial clients.

· Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with Teemer Tech’s automation offerings.

· Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to deliver customized solutions.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports to track performance.

· Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote company solutions.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

· Experience: 5–15 years in Industrial Automation, SPMs, Robotics, or related industrial sales.

· Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) preferred.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automation technologies, PLCs, SCADA, robotics, material handling, and industrial products.

· Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B industrial sectors.

· Technical Skills: Ability to discuss technical solutions with clients and recommend suitable products.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualities:

· Experience in handling large industrial accounts and EPC projects.

· A strong network in the manufacturing, automation, and industrial sectors.

· Ability to bring immediate sales and new business opportunities.
