Job Title: Sales Manager – Automotive

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – Automotive is responsible for leading the vehicle sales team, achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves managing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the automotive sales team

Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports

Handle key customer relationships and resolve escalated issues

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and after-sales teams

Manage vehicle stock availability and pricing strategies

Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Good knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and competitors

Ability to analyze sales data and market performance

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years of automotive sales experience, including team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR15,000.00 per month
