Sales Manager – Automotive Leasing

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading business development and revenue growth initiatives within the automotive leasing and fleet solutions sector in Riyadh. The role requires a proven track record with top-tier “Big 10” leasing companies, strong B2B sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term corporate client relationships. The position focuses on driving market expansion, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in corporate and fleet leasing solutions.
  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across key industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and business forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive leasing / fleet leasing sales is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with Big 10 leasing companies is highly required.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, key account management, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in the Saudi or GCC automotive leasing market is a strong advantage.
