About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our dairy commodity distribution business in Egypt. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in ingredient or commodity sales and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets for dairy commodities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion across Egypt.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.

Qualificationes:

  • 7–10 years in sales, preferably in ingredients, commodities, or B2B food distribution.
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading in Egypt; familiarity with the dairy sector is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
