We are a leading four manufacturing and wholesale company seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our regional and global sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for flour and related products across UAE, GCC, and global markets

Ø Manage and grow key accounts, distributors, and institutional clients

Ø Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and business growth

Ø Identify new market opportunities and strengthen brand presence internationally

Ø Oversee pricing, contracts, negotiations, and long-term partnerships

Ø Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Ø Ensure effective use of SAP Business One (SAP B1) for sales operations, reporting, and controls

Requirements

Ø Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in B2B sales

Ø Proven experience in flour manufacturing, FMCG, or food commodity wholesale

Ø Strong UAE & GCC market experience with exposure to global markets

Ø In-depth knowledge of B2B wholesale sales channels and distribution networks

Ø Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)

Ø Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
