VEGA LEADER, an authorised partner of Virgin Mobile UAE, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager who has their own visa to lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, managing a strong sales team, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share
Identify new business opportunities and optimise existing sales channels
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team
Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required
Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in B2C telecom sales in the UAE (strong advantage)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strong target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results
Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment
Strong accountability mindset focused on results and execution
