Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hire, motivate, mentor, and train a high-performing New & Pre-Owned Sales Team
  • Drive profitability, sales volume, and customer retention
  • Establish and exceed performance standards
  • Maintain NPS and customer satisfaction above market levels
  • Lead with integrity, accountability, and passion for the BMW brand

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of automotive luxury sales management experience (BMW brand experience preferred)
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performance sales teams
  • Strong closing skills and business acumen
  • Tech-savvy: MS Office, CRM systems, and digital sales tools proficiency
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence
