What You’ll Do

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a growing team of real estate agents by setting the gold standard through your own results
  • Drive sales performance and consistently exceed company targets
  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their best results
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable, performance-driven feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of outstanding personal sales results
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of sales professionals
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Target-driven, confident, and highly motivated, with a natural ability to lead by example
