We are hiring a results-driven Manager to lead revenue growth, manage sales operations, and build a high-performing team within Dubai’s competitive property market.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business expansion, strengthen industry relationships, and consistently deliver strong sales performance across off-plan and secondary segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Growth

  • Lead overall sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities across off-plan and resale properties.
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.

Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of property consultants and sales managers.
  • Create a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Coach team members to improve conversion rates and productivity.

Client & Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and broker networks.
  • Handle high-value clients and support key negotiations.
  • Expand partnerships to strengthen business pipeline.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, leasing activities, and deal flow.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and admin teams.
  • Track CRM data, pipeline movement, and reporting accuracy.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and new launches.
  • Use market insights to guide strategy and positioning.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to UAE real estate regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and professional standards.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years of experience in real estate sales leadership (UAE preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Established network with developers and brokers in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in scaling sales teams or launching new projects.
