Sales Manager – Building Materials (Warning Tapes & Tarpaulins)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager experienced in building materials, specifically safety products such as warning tapes and tarpaulins. The role requires meeting contractors, wholesalers, and industrial clients to generate consistent sales and maintain long-term business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell building material products (warning tapes, barricade tapes, tarpaulins).
• Generate leads and visit clients, warehouses, and project sites.
• Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and sales reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on deliveries, timelines, and payments.
• Identify new market opportunities and competitor pricing trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• UAE experience in building materials or safety product sales min 2 years.
• Strong understanding of construction and industrial supply requirements.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
