Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Business Development) to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for PIXL’s integrated marketing services.

You’ll work with the leadership and marketing teams to convert leads while actively engaging potential clients through networking and outreach. PIXL provides strong marketing and campaign support — your focus is to enhance and expand this pipeline through active market engagement and consultative selling.

This is a Dubai-based, on-site role. Remote work is not applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients — primarily real estate developers and brokerages for PIXL’s integrated marketing services.
  • Understand client needs across project stages (pre-launch, launch, post-launch) and match them with PIXL’s service offerings.
  • Pitch and sell bundled solutions covering consultancy (feasibility, ROI studies), branding (corporate and project), digital campaigns, website and app builds, PR, and events.
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities and closed deals.
  • Build long-term client relationships with key decision-makers such as CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Developers.
  • Collaborate internally with design, digital, and tech teams to align proposals and ensure feasibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, proposals, and progress in the company CRM.
  • Represent PIXL at meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions to expand market presence.
  • Stay informed on market trends, new developments, and competitor activity within the UAE real estate marketing space.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or client servicing within a marketing, branding, or advertising agency.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the real estate industry, selling to developers, brokers, or property groups.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative services from brand identity and campaigns to PR, events, and digital media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory: Must be based in Dubai and able to work on-site (this is not a remote role).
