Job Summary
Cafe Chocolate is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow corporate, retail, and wholesale sales while strengthening brand presence across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage key corporate and retail accounts.
- Drive sales of chocolates, gifting solutions, and café products.
- Build relationships with hotels, corporate clients, and event companies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in chocolate, café, confectionery, bakery, luxury gifting, or premium F&B brands.
- Strong network within Qatar market preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
