We are a growing Real Estate Development company seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Channel Partners to lead our broker-driven sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong broker network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales through effective relationship management and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of real estate brokers and partner agencies.
- Act as the primary representative of the developer when dealing with brokers and external partners.
- Coordinate with broker agencies to promote and sell the company’s projects.
- Conduct daily meetings and maintain active engagement through calls, follow-ups, presentations, and site visits.
- Handle agents queries professionally and provide prompt, accurate information about projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase project visibility and sales performance.
- Bring innovative ideas and market insights to enhance broker engagement and sales conversions.
- Utilize personal contacts, resources, and market reach to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the internal sales support team to streamline documentation and closing processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales / Agency Manager in Dubai real estate
- Strong network and relationships within the UAE broker community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate trends and broker operations.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive results.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
