Hiring Sales Manager for one of leading client in Qatar
Must-haves
- 5–10+ years B2B sales in coffee equipment / HoReCa equipment / beverage systems in GCC
- Existing relationships with: café chains, roasters, hotels, QSR, corporate offices, facility management, distributors
- Comfort selling espresso machines, grinders, batch brewers, water filtration, spare parts, AMC/service contracts
- Can build a dealer/channel network across KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman (travel-heavy)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with “solution selling” (equipment + layout + training + maintenance)
- Led a small team or managed key accounts (chains, hotels)
- Understanding of tender business (corporate, government, semi-gov)
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of managerial or commercial leadership experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG trading.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and business operations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions independently.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing).
- Valid GCC driving license is required.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼17,000.00 per month
