Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: UAE
Experience Required: 5–8 Years (UAE Construction Industry Experience Mandatory)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to convert leads into profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
• Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams during bid stages
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the UAE Construction Industry
• Strong network within the UAE construction / fit-out industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with government or semi-government entities
• Knowledge of tendering, pre-qualification, and bidding processes
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen
