Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-value corporate sales within is strong background in hospitality and luxury industires. The ideal candidate will focus on securing and expanding long-term corporate partnerships, driving B2B revenue growth, and positioning the company as a preferred partner for premium corporate experiences and services.
This role requires a strong network, deep market understanding, and the ability to close strategic deals with corporates, event agencies, travel management companies, and other B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and grow corporate clients.
  • Identify, approach, and secure high-value corporate accounts across targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Convert corporate leads into long-term contracts and strategic partnerships.
Revenue Growth & Account Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with corporate clients.
  • Cross-sell and upsell the company’s services/products to maximize revenue per account.
  • Retain and expand existing corporate clients through proactive engagement.
Market Positioning & Brand Representation
  • Represent the company in industry events, networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Enhance the company’s positioning as a premium/luxury service provider in the corporate segment.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and corporate buying behaviors.
Strategy, Reporting & Systems
  • Maintain updated sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales strategies with delivery.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in hospitality and/or luxury industries.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B / Corporate Sales and managing large-value accounts.
  • Strong existing network within corporate, hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle sectors in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and strategic account management.
