Sales Manager - Country Level

Position Summary:

The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations across Pakistan. This role demands strong knowledge of the laboratory supply market, experience in managing key accounts, and the ability to drive business growth through a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with Ghrasa’s regional goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the country sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen existing relationships with labs, universities, hospitals, and research institutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local laboratory supply market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sector organizations.
  • Collaborate with the product, procurement, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient after-sales service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent Ghrasa at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory supplies, medical devices, or scientific equipment.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a country-level sales team.
  • Strong network and understanding of the healthcare, education, and research sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel across the country as required.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English is preferred.
