Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Courier Services is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts within the domestic and international courier segment. The role focuses on expanding market share, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships across B2B and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients (SMEs, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, etc.)
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Prepare pricing proposals in coordination with the Pricing department
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Forecast sales performance and provide pipeline reports
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Handle major customer escalations and relationship management
