Job Title: Sales Manager (Custom Packaging)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Timings: 8pm - 5am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in the custom packaging industry (custom boxes, retail packaging, corrugated, and luxury packaging). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the international market, building long-term customer relationships, leading a sales team, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the custom packaging industry (B2B – International Market).
• Strong knowledge of custom packaging (custom boxes, retail packaging, corrugated, and printing processes).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
