Sales Manager - Developer Experience

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with different language skills (e.g. German, Spanish, Polish, Nordics, Serbian, Russian, Turkish, Portuguese, Indonesian) to promote and sale our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the real estate development sector and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. This role demands strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and exceptional client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and ensure achievement of team and individual KPIs.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) , investors, brokers, and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with project launches and campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to expand market share.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements , property laws, and RERA/DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) compliance relevant to Abu Dhabi real estate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum 3 –5 years of real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of high-value property sales and achievement of sales targets in UAE
• Strong network of real estate brokers, investors, and clients in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
